We are changing

Not only visually, but also in terms of legal status. Feuerkids® has long operated as a brand of the sole proprietorship Benjamin Thoran (a brief aside: sole proprietorships bear the name of the individual who runs them). However, as of January 1, 2024, we are a GmbH (limited liability company). We are merging with B-Dienst Media GmbH to form a single company. Both were already owned by Benjamin, who also founded the GmbH in 2016. But before anyone jumps to conclusions: No, the name Feuerkids® will remain completely unchanged.

In practice, this merger has no impact on you, this shop, the account numbers, or the contacts you already knew. Everyone is still there. It's more of a purely formal step. Like growing up. Exciting, new, and all part of a big journey.
