What do we do?
With a custom print, you have the option of receiving a set of vests with your own desired text and/or logo. This is a one-of-a-kind production, where we print the text/logo directly onto the fabric to ensure it won't fade or peel. For each order, we create a print sheet, which is first printed onto the fabric at a print shop before the vests are then sewn together in our workshop.
Notes on texts and logos:
You can easily provide us with your desired text via the text field during the ordering process. We will then use the text. Please ensure that your text is spelled correctly! Otherwise, any errors will be immediately reflected in the processing.
If you would like to have one (or more) logos printed, please either use the upload function on the product page or send us an email with the logo after placing your order (see customer service email address). However, there are a few things to keep in mind regarding logos:
- For the best results , please send us logos as vector files in PDF, AI, SVG, or EPS format. It's important that the logo has no background . In some cases, a PNG file is acceptable. However, if so, the file must also have no background and should be as large as possible.
- In 98% of all cases, JPGs cannot be used in print templates because they always contain a white background.
Please note that logos will be used on differently colored vests. Elements that have the same or a similar color to the background will be outlined by us to match the logo.

Left: Feuerkids logo as a JPG file: The image file contains a white background that we cannot remove.
Center: Feuerkids logo as a PNG file: The file contains no background and is larger than 2,000 pixels.
Right: Feuerkids logo as a vector (EPS): The file contains no background and is printable in all sizes.
Order process:
- You submit an order with your own text:
In this case, we transfer the text directly into the print file as is and send the vests to the printer. We generally don't produce a proof in such cases, as the text position is clear (in the hem area below the tactical symbol, centered). You will only receive a proof if we notice any unusual issues (e.g., extremely long names, unusual hyphenations, etc.) or if you explicitly request one. - You submit an order with text and logo or just a logo:
In this case, we automatically create a proof and send it to you for approval/changes. The notification with the proof will also point out any potential issues and offer valuable assistance. You can request changes to the proof as many times as you like. We will only print your unique item once you are satisfied and have given your approval. If you do not give us your approval, the order will remain on hold until you do.
After that, the process continues identically in both cases:
The printed sheet first goes to the printing company, where it is printed onto the fabric. After a few days, the fabric is taken to our tailoring workshop and sewn together to create the desired product. Once everything is finished, we pick it up and deliver it to you.
Delivery times:
Custom orders require some time and typically take 4 weeks . Please note that between October and January, we often experience a significant increase in demand, resulting in a substantial increase in the workload of our tailoring department. During this period, delivery times may extend to approximately 6-8 weeks .

What do we do?
Our identification vests are handmade for each order and produced exclusively for you. For this, we create a printed design for every order, which is first printed onto the fabric at a print shop and then sewn together in our tailoring workshop.
