This is how companies and authorities order from Feuerkids®

Ordering from online retailers can be a bit of a hassle for companies and government agencies. But don't worry: with us, it's easy!

Step 1: Select products

  • Browse our shop and add the desired items to your shopping cart.

Step 2: Place order in the shop

  • Government customers simply select the "Purchase on account" option at checkout.

  • Corporate customers can also purchase on account or alternatively choose from the payment services offered.

Step 3: Invoice creation

  • Authorities receive the invoice within a few days of delivery. Either as a PDF via email ( ZUGFeRD) or as an invoice (with specified routing ID) via the relevant state or federal portal.

  • Business customers also receive the invoice automatically via email. ( ZUGFeRD compliant).

Step 4: Delivery & Service

  • We ship your order quickly and reliably.

  • For questions, special requests or individual projects, we are available to assist you personally – by phone or email.
