Our products are specifically designed for children's and youth fire brigades as well as operational units . But schools, kindergartens, and clubs that carry out fire brigade projects are also among our customers.
Yes, private individuals can also order from us. Our products are especially popular with parents who want to introduce their children to the fire department in a playful way. Please note, however, that some items can only be ordered by authorities.
Absolutely! 🔧 Many of our products are created directly from the ideas and wishes of youth leaders. So if you need something that doesn't yet exist, get in touch! We'd be happy to look into a custom order. This could include modifications to existing items or even complete conversions.
We naturally offer payment by invoice to government clients . We also provide our invoices as xRechnung (with a registered routing ID) or ZUGFeRD format – as required by law.
No, our products are not subject to any specific standardization or standardization process. However, you will still find items in our portfolio that are related to standards or meet certain standards. For more information, please refer to the product descriptions, which contain important details and context.
Almost all of our products are "Made in Germany" or "Made in Europe." We only use other partners if there is no alternative within Europe – but never cheap goods from low-wage countries. You can find more information on the "Our Production Sites" page in the navigation at the bottom of the page (in the footer).
We ship in-stock items within 2–5 business days . Individual products may have longer delivery times. Please refer to the delivery time information in the product description. Delivery times for custom-made items are generally significantly longer. You can also find this information in the product description and on the "Custom Products" information page in the footer menu at the bottom of the page.
Of course. You have a 14-day return policy . Just contact us if you're unsure or something doesn't fit. We'll always find a simple solution. What we can't do: If we've made something specifically for you, we can't take it back.
