Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is within Germany. and to the following countries : All EU countries .
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Domestic delivery is a flat rate of €7 for items that can be shipped as a parcel.
For shipping via freight forwarding, the costs must be calculated on a daily basis.
Deliveries abroad :
Delivery within the EU is a flat rate of €30 for items that can be shipped as a parcel. Shipping via freight carrier to other EU countries is calculated based on effort and prior agreement.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we calculate as follows:
Shipping costs are calculated daily and after consultation.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 48 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after receipt of your payment).
Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent by email.
This email containing access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 48 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be made available to you in your customer account.
Provision will take place within 48 hours after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
You will also be notified by email when it is available.
Delivery times
For goods individually designed according to customer specifications, the creation of the proof takes place within 3-6 working days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods within 40 days. Working days after approval of the proof (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2-5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 3-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
